So who's punching above there weight and who's on the canvas

My opinion is Stranraer will take some catching now, they seem to be playing well and with a lot of confidence, a relatively young team with a sprinkle of experience,Lochar have good players they always seem to start the season well and bring in quality signings(until Xmas)but come the business end seem to have lost players and are back to the same core of boys and always fall short, seems to be a season trend with them,I’m not sure why this is, Bonnyton getting stronger each season but could fall short again, Abbey Vale might just have the right blend to push but not win, Uppers might fade second half of season that seems to happen when they start well, Threave are disappointing for a team that won the league and should have pushed on, St Cuthberts look to be in a period of change but nice on the eye on their day, Mids are explosive and really good on their day but really inconsistent, but for me 1-Stranraer 2-Bonnyton and the rest mentioned above will fight out for 3rd and 4th place

Well said neily1690 far too many trolls on here for a site that was designed for football discussion and the odd light hearted banter, Craig is a great lad with a freshness and enthusiasm for the game and by the way a great knowledge and ability to do what he wants in it, he’s got respect from players and people in the game, he always speaks with huge enthusiasm, but its obvious who the trolls are so when they come on people should take no notice, jealousy is a dangerous thing, Important people within clubs the people that really matter would probably jump at the chance of him managing their club, so the people that troll him are probably not very important, merry Xmas to everyone and to the trolls enjoy your apples and oranges hahaha.

Might possibly not be punching above their weight but good to finally see Creetown finding a bit of form and accumulating a few points lately including a great win over Threave yesterday and likewise along the road to a degree Newton appear to have turned the corner after a miserable start. It’s clearly difficult for 3 teams ( including Wigtown ) in such a tight geographical location to attract enough players for them all to be competitive but fair play to them because as was stated in another thread with the difficult starts they all had it’s encouraging to see they are all improving when they could easily have really struggled to field any sort of a team.

All credit to the guys behind the scenes who work tirelessly at every Club to keep things going and to the players for turning things around when at times it quite possibly would be even easier to surrender ! Well done to all involved and keep up the good work guys
