Well,yes, you can make formal complaints about referees.
On the pitch, referees do not make decisions on what they perceive people feel - to mock other posters and then suggest such a proposition makes it seem like you don't really understand football.

I never suggested the referee did. I was suggesting Hibs players were content with the outcome.

Most non OF supporters just get used to refs abuse. It's like victims of domestic violence who end up saying " but he's really not that bad"
