cookieboy
What’s the chances of the Hill o Beath park being playable this week it is one of my favourite places to go but it does seem to have a drainage problem If it’s on looking forward to a cracking game
HibeeJibee
Tbf last week HoB was called off on the Friday so at least an improvement in prospects. EDIT: Penicuik twitter confirm a pitch inspection tomorrow for HoB v Penicuik. Pitch inspection at Saughton ahead of LTHV v Dundonald tomorrow. junglehenry
Eyemouth V Haddington called off due to ''high'' winds. Have been sent a video and the wind conditions look nothing like being of ''high'' and feel it's a disgrace it's been called off!

The Met Office forecast for 3pm in Eyemouth is 11 mph winds from the WSW (so not from the sea), gusting to 23 mph. That's no worse than anywhere else in Lothian and the Borders and not nearly bad enough to even consider calling a game off.

heedthebaa
there’s no point risking lives for a game of football, let common sense prevail here. Stay safe people, it’s not worth it
HibeeJibee
Only 3 games off in the end which is not bad going after the heavy rains of Thursday and the howling gales of yesterday.Eyemouth v Haddington on health & safety grounds due to high winds - plus Hawick v Dunbar and Crossgates v Tranent for waterlogged pitches. Both the HoB v Penicuik and LTHV v Dundonald games passed inspections. Good luck to Camelon in their final.
