It's not even that good. I may do some more geeky digging for how many times we've had a worse points/goals return from our first seven home league games.

Phwoar, I love stats, get it done shagger.

If Morton get the first goal I can see the atmosphere becoming absolutely dreadful. I don't buy into that being the reason we're shite at home though, thought the support was great against Falkirk tbh.

Will do but Burnley vs Newcastle and I'm A Celeb takes precedence ofc.

I got one of the £9 tickets on offer from Kingdom FM so at least I will have saved some money to watch us lose pathetically.

A loser-takes-all contest by which the manager who outshans his counterpart gets bagged on the spot is the only thing that could add interest to this dire prospect.

Morton to either win 0-3 or lose 6-1 in this season's customary clown-car manner.

We've scored two home goals in seven games and one of those was literally an empty net, handed to us by a Partick Thistle defender.

No chance we score six but if we do your manager should be sacked in the centre circle and pelted with old veg.

Dunfermline fans saying they are shite and having no confidence in their own team only leads to one thing, a stick on home win.

I often see posts like this in a Pars-Morton thread and I’d say 90% of the time Morton do indeed win. I wouldn’t worry if I were you. Others have pointed out how shambolic our home form is.

The atmosphere at the Falkirk game was fantastic despite having to endure the worst football I’ve seen at EEP since season 14-15. In no way are the fans to blame for our home form. The blame lies with AJ and his shite players.

No, we were great and they got lucky. Have you not been paying attention?

Gary Oliver loves a goal against the Pars. Sadly he’s just been ruled out for 2 months with a broken collar bone.

He'd probably still score tbh.

It was around this time a couple of season back that we got the finger out in this fixture with The Moff putting Morton to the sword early on. That season we looked underprepared in terms of the squad but with the squad now available to AJ the pressure is on him. There are players available to him that should be able to be cobbled into a formation that should bring a far higher points tally, especially at East End yet we're just four points ahead of a part time team. Getting shot of him could mean no funds for a new manager to change the squad but I'm sure there are potential managers out there who'd happily work with the players we have available.

When AJ has faced a potential sacking in the last couple of seasons he has turned it round. @Poet of the Macabre had an interesting stat on how rarely we win after going behind (must be something like 7% win rate after conceding first), plus if games finished at half time we'd be bottom of the league. Makes our manager look a bit timid.

What's up with Connolly, L Longridge, Beadling, Ryan and Durnan? I know Durnan was injured but how much longer is he out for? What about the others? Also will Murdoch ever play again?

L. Longridge needs an operation. AJ talked about it before the county game. He also mentioned Beadling and that he has to be introduced slowly.

Giving an update on player availability, on loan striker Aidan Keena has returned to Hearts for treatment to a dead leg and there is hope that he might train soon.

“We have a few injuries but as I have said before we have a big squad and we should be able to handle that even though it seems like a lot of injuries that we have at the moment.

“Mark Durnan is getting closer, he is probably going to start joining in parts of training at some point next week if he continues to progress.

“Louis Longridge looks as though he is going to have an operation so he is away down today to see the specialist. Hopefully he can get something done.

“Guys like Tom Beadling is just coming back so we just need to build up his rehab really slow.”

Tbh, I really am struggling to care anymore, which is scary considering how much I usually get excited about nothing.

Until AJ is gone I think I will feel that way.

This is how I feel. I’ll not be back until he’s gone. Total waste of money and time.

I feel we'll lose on Saturday and action absolutely has to happen if we do. It should have already happened IMO.

I said after the Falkirk game I wouldn't be back until he's out. I didn't get a season ticket this year as I was playing amateurs on a Saturday, I've since stopped but I can't justify paying to watch that, especially at this time of year. I know you're supposed to be a supporter through all the bad times, I've been there and done it but I genuinely can't support AJ.
