JamieStevenson
TLC returns on Sunday December 16th, the final PPV of 2018 as we approach the business end of WWE's calendar. This will follow the 1 hour Pre-Show (11PM), 4 hour main card (midnight) format, live on the WWE Network. This will take place at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. It will also be the 10th TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs PPV since its introduction in 2009. Given Brock Lesnar's part time status, the Universal Championship will not be on the line at this event. Confirmed Matches: Elias vs Bobby Lashley in a Ladder match. R-Truth and Carmella vs Jinder Mahal and Alicia Fox in the Mixed Match Challenge final. Natalya vs Ruby Riott in a Tables match. Rey Mysterio vs Randy Orton in a Chairs match. Finn Balor vs Drew McIntyre. Buddy Murphy (C) vs Cedric Alexander for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. The Bar (C) vs The New Day vs The Usos for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship. Ronda Rousey (C) vs Nia Jax for the WWE Raw Women's Championship. Braun Strowman vs Baron Corbin in a TLC match.* Seth Rollins (C) vs Dean Ambrose for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Becky Lynch (C) vs Charlotte Flair vs Asuka in a TLC match for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship. Daniel Bryan (C) vs AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. *If Strowman wins, Corbin will be stripped of authority and Strowman will face Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble for the WWE Universal Championship. If Corbin win, he will become the full time General Manager of Raw.
JamieStevenson
Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose and The New Daniel Bryan vs AJ Styles have got my full attention, can't wait for those matches.
FifeArab
Hopefully Braun recovers from Surgery In time for this. They should throw a stipulation on Dean v Seth.
JamieStevenson
There are now 3 very filthy matches on this card.
Ira Gaines
I'd say there's only one match I don't want to see, and that might not even be happening.
JamieStevenson
Given that the title is on the line, is the title up high? If so that's fine, nobody will come out of it looking bad.
forameus
While I don't think Strowman/Corbin would be that bad (if it happens at all), if that gets a TLC match and something like Ambrose/Rollins doesn't, then that's a massive waste. I guess you don't want to just chuck all title matches into that, but if you're insisting on naming these PPVs after the gimmick, let's at least make the best use of it. JamieStevenson
Card is starting to fill up now. 8 matches confirmed. 9 if you include the MMC final as well. Then room for maybe another 1 or 2, Raw tag title or a US title perhaps?
TheGoon
Actually quite a decent looking card for tonight, though still far too long. Wonder if they’ll put the wonens TLC on last?
CEMSFC
Can see Alexa getting involved in the Corbin situation, and most likely cost him his job.
Christophe
Have they said what will be hanging for the GM TLC match? I mean, if it’s not a retrieval off the hook finish, what is the objective to achieve the fall? Haven’t been watching so genuinely interested in what the plan is for that, am I missing something? Hee haw I’d imagine, same as The Shield vs Team Hell No & Ryback match a few years ago.

What was the objective to win on that then? Just regular pinfall or submission rules, seem a bit of a waste for the main TLC match

Women's triple threat has to main event for me as it's the only match I really don't have a clue who is winning.
JamieStevenson
Okay so the Elias match really was just as simple as grabbing the guitar. Nonsense match, glad it was put on the pre-show.

JamieStevenson
I think when you're being served up a great card it makes you a bit more receptive and engaging even with the crap on the show.

JamieStevenson
Did I just watch a post Raw bit or a house show angle? That felt odd.
