Lamont came on and made a big difference. In all honesty we should have made it 2 on a couple of occasions. Well done the defence for digging in. Good goal. Lamonts cross very well finished Ian Smith. After last years debacle and poor result against brora this result is massive for the club. Hope we get a good draw. keptie Posted November 24, 2018 Share Posted November 24, 2018 Nobody to blame for that defeat apart from the forwards,we played ok but if you can't finish the gilt edged chances we had it's gonna come back and bite you.Stranraer were playing for a draw from the first half with their time wasting but they scored and we couldn't so good luck to them. We already have a player in Gold who plays his role (and better), as well as playing his own game. Taking McCord off meant every ball went long, which the stranraer defence lapped up.
