The Meh Derby - 24/11/2018 - When Juggernauts collide

Recommended Posts

This is going to absolute box office. I can’t wait for the international pish to be out of the way so we can see the two best teams in Scotland light up the Perth pitch in a tremehndous way.

Bring it on. 8)

Said this on the Accies thread but will say again: the club should market this game as a big blue and white day and get as many folk as possible through the gates. Big game for both sides, both in great form and both at the same end of the table - all the ingredients there for a good game. Killie fans will be in numbers. We have 2 weeks to get the message out and get folk along to this game.

How much does the away stand hold?

You can get 3000+ if you can guarantee you'll sell it, I imagine. Dundee United used to get both stands behind the goals and a section in the Main.

It’s about 1850 I think.

The end section of the Main will be almost another 900.

That will be plenty for killie I’d expect.

The OF get the opposite end Stand as well, giving a total of 4600.

In the 3rd place League decider second last game of the season in 1997(?), we brought over 3000 down to rugby park in a crowd of near 16000.

That’s your challenge. :)
