It's worse when they: a) acknowledge certain posters are trolls and STILL respond to them, b) pretend that they are outraged with these trolls and STILL respond to them c) claim that these trolls should be banned and STILL respond to them, and d) encourage obvious trolls who haven't posted for ages to post.
