Someone mentioned it on our forum, but us being on a good winning run, potential record broken, and probably having a few "lost" fans returning due to that, is almost always met by a draining loss. We'll concede in the first five minutes to some absolutely shite goal, and then huff and puff never creating anything for the rest of the match, starting a run of six consecutive games without a goal. Its the St Johnstone way. The Hamilton Accies way is giving a glimmer of hope then snatching it away again. We've an awful record against St Johnstone and I don't see it changing tbh. Accies are due something against us as well. Do feel the team is starting to pick itself for games like this though, which is a positive. Hopefully the groundsman hasn't managed to butcher the pitch any further since the St Mirren game. A bad winter could have us longing for plastic.
