Accent-Unknown
As Viking has done a full 11 for Morton, I will do the same for United: Szromnik Spittal Edgenguele Gunning Dillon Obadeyi Kuhl Bodul Nicholls N'Koyi Taggart Spittal at right back because he played there a few times and I wanted to fit him in somewhere. In recent seasons I would say either Nadir Ciftci, Carlton Cole, Colin Kazim-Richards, or Tyler Blackett. Good for other teams but not for Celtic
yoda
I'll give you a "Jobber XI" from County's time in the topflight, there's a strong argument for most of them being in County's worst-ever XI: McCarey Fenlon Balk Dreesen Micic Celcer Klok Dunfield Chow Effiong Mustafi

Gunning had decent spells, and Dillon shouldn't be anywhere near a jobber team, even if you're sticking him out of position. Daniele Chiarini and Lewis Toshney would be far better options. DA Baracus
Most of the guys that spring to mind (e.g. Andy Campbell, Georgi Hristov) had some talent, even though they never showed it for us. However, if we're talking guys who had none, my nomination goes to Gardar Gunnlaugsson. He was a much hyped Icelandic striker signed on loan in 2006. Injury delayed his debut and we kept hearing about how great he was in training. Our strikers weren't cutting it at the time so this just built up the hype and much hope was placed on him. He made his debut in the last 20 minutes of a game at Easter Road and appeared to be totally new to the game of football. Absolutely everyone knew that him being at the club was a massive mistake after that. The fans knew. The manager knew. He knew. He never seen again. I shall also nominate Lewis Allan, Paul George, Jamie Harris, Jason Thomson, Jamie Squires, Ged Brannen and Jesper Christiansen. Shite.

That’s a full starting XI and fifteen of the biggest jobbers in Scottish football - all of whom played during our utterly shambolic 2013/14 campaign. Brilliant effort VT. Quite something to think that mob all featured in a single season.

Edge grew shit after he signed a new contract but played some decent stuff early on. Coll Donaldson on the other hand... Also, how can Emil Lyng be left out or does he not qualify because he’s not actually a football player?

vikingTON
Fun fact: no less than six of the players in that all-time jobber squad from the 2013/14 campaign played against Celtic in September 2013: when the worst full-time side in Scottish football history hounded them on their own, horrible midden. Absolutely glorious.
