This has been a thoroughly enjoyable thread. Can't beat a bit of juniors seethe. "Somerset is falling down" and paper roses were highlights of the game itself for me [emoji23]
I would also love to see a compilation of McGuffie taking the piss.
Talbot should be a good day out , hopefully a better pitch.

We took about 1000. This game is bigger though.

How do you make this a bigger game?

Talbot's a far bigger game, they're like Junior football royalty.

Personally I think this is the 4th biggest away draw we could have received.

Laughed a lot at that game.

That harsh reality is....we have probably played them more recently than Ayr. ?

Yep  you got us there! We'll done on getting drawn out of a hat four months after we did.

I'll console myself with the fact that at least we won our tie.

Harsh reality that Ayr haven't been drawn against Hearts in the cup? Did Ayr not make the quarter finals that season?

Don't really know where all the anger and animosity is coming from here between both sets of fans (and that's from a Kilbirnie boy).

Beith played well, they all put in a shift, we were professional and ultimately our class and full time fitness told in the end. Grindlay was man of the match for me and pulled off a few really good saves and he still looks a top keeper.

Don't know about anyone else but I thoroughly enjoyed my day out, had a great few hours in the Eglinton after the match and can't think of anything bad to say............

I stayed out until closing time and by God I've paid for it the last 2 days.

Getting too old for this............
