Yous will get beat by a good few.
Are you the wee fat ex goalie guy who sits above the catering window?

The one too lazy to even watch the game from the park?

Its good to see healthy banter from our little feeder club lol.

Even if we do lose against a so called much bigger club it won't be embarrassing. But your club will never get to these heights.

Enjoy watching our club win lose or draw. Whilst your club in fights amongst themselves as your local hero leaves for ours lol.

Terrific stuff from Talbot today.  Could have been a couple of goals more.

My lasting impression of Cove is a shower of petulant flat track bullies who lost the place when things didn't go as planned.

A great day for the unambitious Juniors!

Talbot 2-1 Cove Rangers.

Talbot kicked off playing towards the changing rooms, & the Cove goalie nearly gifted them an early opener when he fell over on the penalty spot, the ball broke to Talbot’s Sean McIlroy who was unlucky with an effort from the right edge of the 6yd box.

Talbot were looking the size most likely to open the scoring, Calvin Kemp, & Jamie Glasgow, having good efforts on goal.

Cove were looking dangerous on a few occasions with their no10 Jordan Brown going close.

Talbot were finishing the first half the much stronger team & deservingly went in front just before the break when Sean McIlroy held off a challenge allowing Stephen Wilson to run behind the Cove defence & beat Stuart McKenzie the Cove goalie from close range.

Calvin Kemp went close to doubling Talbot’s lead soon after.

HT Talbot 1-0 Cove Rangers,

5mns into the 2nd half & Cove were on level terms when their no 9 Mitchell Meggison blasted home a penalty, after Jordan Brown went down on the 6 yd line.

Calvin Kemp showed good awareness when he took the ball off a Cove defender on the 18yd line, & casually rolled a left footer into the Cove Ranger net, to give his team a well earned victory.

Hard to pick a MOM, William Lyle had a remarkable chested goal line clearance.

Gareth Armstrong had the game of his life.

Calvin Kemp scored a magnificent winner.

Keir Samson could have had a hat trick in 20mns.

Every Talbot player was immense.

But big Sean McIlroy, was more immense than most, he was the finest player on the pitch.

Well done to both sides, great game of football.
