Long overdue but very welcome win, and important to do it at home given our results there. Don't think 7 points from the first quarter reflects how well Alloa have played overall, but it's a decent foundation to aim to build on.

The squad needs completely gutted.

Elliot, Erskine, Storey and Spittal should be moved on as soon as possbile.

Should have been moved on in the summer along with the management team but the banner waving fanboys among the support made sure that didn’t happen. And who on earth sanctioned some of the summer signings? Did they even watch them before offering them a deal?

Archie should have been fired after the play off game, absolutely nothing to do with the support that he was kept on. That decision lay with the board and they bottled it. To blame the support is ludicrous!

Totally agree it was the board that bottled it. But do you not think that they were influenced by some fans waving Archie banners and still chanting his name?

A very good win today. The team defended brilliantly. Shields and zanatta lead the line superb.

Very surprised with just how poor Partick were today especially with some of the players they have. The big number 6 at centre half looked an absolute liability at times.

A decline that we've been watching and the board has been tolerating for so long won't be turned around instantly.

Don’t think it will be turned round to next summer to be honest, sole aim should be survival this season now
