We all love a good nickname for our teams, but The Famous has to be the worst I've ever heard. It's absolutely the most cringe worthy there has ever been. If you can think of a team with one that's even more terrible then please share.

Mate was at school with a kid called "Flipper". Not a great swimmer just a Thalidomide victim. Schoolkids are cruel shits.

I came up with 'The Parsnips' as well, though.

You just have to take the rough with the smooth.

So far none are worse than calling yourselves "the famous"

It's one thing to be given a shit nickname but it's another level to give yourself a truly awful name.

To be fair, The Famous is really only used by virginton, or as we like to affectionately call him, Shagger.

The first time Caley played at Ibrox Maurice Ross was interviewed in the programme and he revealed that his nickname is 'Screamface'

Scumling lolbion made me chuckle at the time.

I have no idea where 'the famous' comes from with regards to Morton. I've heard rangers refer to themselves as that.

Morten was funny to begin with. Now it’s just tedious.
