Aberdeen finally sell out their shitey allocation. What an embarassment they have made of themselves. Had to laugh when McInnes was talking about people making a big deal about it, ignoring the the reason being that Aberdeen were bleating about getting a 50/50 split.

And people are still questioning why the poor turnout from Dons supporters?

The games a bogey.

People can't be bothered travelling half way across the country to watch it.

Yes, because it would be extremely healthy for the league to officially recognise referees as supporters of certain clubs and then choose officials accordingly, that would definitely go very well.

If you can't be arsed going to the game, just admit it.

This could easily have been posted by a Rangers fan.

Its funny how much Celtic and Rangers fans supposedly despise each other given how remarkably similar they are.

Celtic and Rangers fans have always been a sort of deviant, c*ntfaced, ying and yang.

They need each other. What they're both terrified of are other clubs having any kind of success.

It could easily have been posted by any fan tbh. Im all for having an equal split in terms if fairness but bumping your gums about not getting an even split then only just selling out your allocation today when its been open to all for weeks is a joke. Imagine if Aberdeen did get an even split and we had thousands of needlessly empty seats for a semi final would have made our game look even more of a joke.

Having lived in aberdeen on and off for a few years Aberdeen seem to have core base of about 8000 who are there for almost every home game regardless of how the team are doing.A lot of the rest are ‘fans’ where I have found to know more about their players yet they seem to know every player in the Man Utd squad.

There have been countless semi finals in the last ten years that have had thousands of empty seats involving a whole range of clubs including Celtic so why would this match have made a difference in how the Scottish game is viewed? You walloper!

I did say needless empty seats, and the vast majority of the time we sell out our allocation.  Last year we did that with ease yet there was still loads of empty seats not sold due to Hibs not selling their allocation.  Our games on the up again finally so show piece games should always be sold out where possible.

It would've been f*cking hilarious if we left the seats empty. The h*ns would be seething. Surely, as a Celtic fan you'd rather see that than have 35,000 of them at the game?

You could argue the same for any support. Celtic were getting under 30,000 for games under Ronny Deila despite still winning the majority of games and trophies on offer. They all seemed to return when Rangers entered the league, a strange coincidence.

Whether our game is on the up or not Aberdeen having thousands of empty seats will affect nothing of how it's viewed. Outside of the country will continue not giving a flying f**k either way and up here it's just a matter of petty point scoring. Not that I'm criticising anyone for that as I'm sure we'd be the exact same if it was another side in our place.
