bpdon Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 I can’t claim that i lost much sleep when we let Jayden Stockley leave but he’s so infinitely better than Cosgrove its embarassing that Mcinnes seems willing to stick with him as a long term solution. I know Cosgrove is still fairly young but there must be better target man options out there.Although he was no silky world beater, at least with Stockley you knew he would be a nuisance, hold up the ball, and chip in with his fair share of goals (and red cards) per min on the pitch.Cosgrove only seems to be able to do one thing moderately effectively - hold the ball up.
