Huge game for County this.  If they start to fall behind the top sides there will be questions being asked of the managers, what with the budget and players they have to call upon.

Royston has his begging bowl out with a sign asking for "public sector backing" for his business.

He's got the brass neck to ask for freebies from the Scottish Government whilst simultaneously sinking £1m a year into his vanity pet.

We've been through this before:

It's okay to pocket money from David Sutherland, Orion, "the Muirfield Mills consortium", the Highland Council, and a number of others.

It's completely unsustainable (and perhaps even a textbook case of "financial doping"), however, to have a local businessman and lifelong supporter spend more than two decades investing his own time and money into cultivating a once Highland League football team into a pillar of the Highland (and Islands) community.
