Eli throwin the INT sums us up Defence - Battling hard and getting some pressure on Wentz. Eli is now known as captain checkdown. We got inside the 5 and couldn’t get the TD. OBJ only been targeted 3 times. 0-8 on 3rd down (0-15 the last 1 and a half games) and a missed FG with 34 secs remaining that led to the Eagles driving into FG range themselves. Thankfully they missed.The defence trying their best to keep us in it but a big blown coverage on a 3rd down cost us. The Eagles subsequently went on to score 6. Not their fault tho, our offence is putting them in terrible field position. Janoris Jenkins continues his early season struggles.The boo birds are out at MetLife, not sure if they are booing the the effort, play calling or both. Saquon is just amazing, an all round player. Pity we have nothing to support him. His 50 yard TD run was gorgeous. Over 200 scrimmage yards through 3 quarters. Hate to admit it but Eli is finished, I wouldn’t mind seeing Lauletta get a few starts. OBJ continues to look frustrated, he may be regretting that 5 year deal. Saquon is the only thing giving me hope. 130 Rushing yards, 99 receiving and a TD.Fair play to the Eagles who were professional in victory. Wentz continues to improve since his return. Jason Peters was lost to a biceps injury which could be a problem. Their beaten up secondary wasn’t really tested.
