True, but OTB's is decided by listeners. Or does Tam just pick the suggestions he's heard of?

There must be a lot of Northern Soul fans out there as that's what Stuart's choices mostly are

Fair enough. KTF.

I downloaded the Off The Ball podcast for the show that was on after the Serbia game and, assuming it was because of the extra time and penalties pushing it down the schedule, it includes the radio coverage of the end of extra time and penalties. I haven't yet listened to the OTB section but even knowing how it goes, the penalties still got me slightly nervous and made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

Worth downloading just for that part alone.

I. did the same and just listened to the commentary of the last 10: minutes or so of extra time and the penalties. For me the best bit came after we’d won and Liam McLeod had done his spiel reeling off the details of the finals we’d missed  and the wee jingle had been played........ I was expecting something similar from Richard Gordon but instead there was just a pause and then a massive sigh and laughter from Craig Levein. It summed it up perfectly and no words were needed. Lump in the throat moment for me.

Caught a little on Saturday to hear Cowan correcting the grammar of the guest they had on (a singer). This is the guy who regulary crucifies the English(and Scot's language). A particular annoyance of mine is how  he pronounces 'something' as suhin. Cosgrove then went into a fury about disco dancing and American nightclubs FFS.

Who is Scot and what is his language?
