Hampden Diehard
His main point was good enough to ignore the factual errors.Correct. I'll be looking for anyone, absolutely anyone, to pump Cove, and the more controversially the better. Willie Collum should be inked in for this fixture right now.

HibeeJibee
Business as usual in SPFL2 with heavy losses for all bottom half sides... Half the HL card was frozen off but Cove's comfortable win at Buckie sent them 5pts clear as Fraserburgh lost at Brora. East Kilbride won 2-0 at East Stirlingshire today and Spartans came from behind to beat Gretna 2-1, while Kelty were held 0-0 at home to Vale of Leithen. Barry Ferguson's tenure has gone off the boil a bit at Kelty. Pair of away games were both won 1-0 at Edusport and Stirling Uni but 6 home games have elicited only a single win in normal time - namely v Gala in his first game. Since then they've been held by Spartans, needed extra time to beat Whitehill in the EOS Qualifying Cup, been thumped by BSCG and then a young Raith side in the Fife Cup, and now been held by Vale of Leithen. Having been top they've now dropped 7pts behind to 3rd (both EK and BSCG are ahead) with Spartans and Civil Service breathing down their necks: they will be looking to collect vital maximum points in the next few weeks as they visit Edinburgh Uni and East Stirlingshire then host Stirling Uni before a cup-tie versus Camelon.

No surprise to Clyde fans. Guy’s a complete pumpkin. Almost had us playing in the Lowland League.
CowdenLoyal
But it's ok as he'll have got a few knuckle dragging **** without the bus fare through the gate. I'm still baffled by the KH committee thinking behind it.

Which basically was getting the job based on his ability to bring in mostly greedy, past-it arseholes, and find some daft c**t to pay for them. I regretfully admit the thrill of potential short-term success tempted me to ignore about half-a-dozen sackable offences, but i'm sure that's not something Kelty fans have to worry about. -
CowdenLoyal
To be fair I don't think any of the four players signed since he became manager can really be classed as such.Absolutely.It'll just be BF own incompetence that will see KH struggling to win that league.

Yeah, he didn't start out like that with us either. His first batch of signings included Scotts Durie and McManus, Davids Gray and Sinclair, and two actual footballers in Craig Halkett and Alan Martin. When giving young guys like these a chance failed, like it will at Kelty because he's an utter welt who can't manage, he began importing (with the excepton of Mark McLaughlin, Peter MacDonald and Scott Linton) unfit, lazy, spineless complete fucking chancers. You're welcome, in advance. -

The Minertaur
Highland League as at 09/01/19 Poor Fort William suffered a 14-1 loss away to Formartine last weekend. League leaders Cove beat Turriff 1-0 thanks to a goal from Jordon Brown while 2nd place Fraserburgh beat Nairn 2-1. Broras 4-0 win over Buckie keeps them 7 points off top in 3rd and likely the biggest challenge to Cove as both sides have 2 games in hand over Fraserburgh. This weekend Cove are at home to Inverurie Loco, Fraserburgh welcome Deveronvale and Brora are also at home against Huntly. Lowland League as at 09/01/19 It will take 1 hell of a collapse for East Kilbride not to win the league. 6 points clear with a game in hand. a 3-0 win over Cumbernauld coupled with draws for both BSC and Kelty saw them extend their lead at the top. Kelty drew 3-3 with East Stirlingshire while manager Barry Ferguson was playing in the Soccer Sixes at the Hydro! Highlight of the weekends game was the Vale of Leithen v Edusport match which finished 5-4 to Vale. This weekend sees East Kilbride take on Gretna 2008 at home while BSC have a tricky away game at Spartans. Kelty at home to Uni of Stirling.
