Not sure what the numbers were from Falkirk but looked quite decent considering they are an absolute gang, Made good noise too until the Super turned it on.

Absolutely trampled over the top of Falkirk in the second half but the timing of Shankland's goal was crucial. Right after half time, still ages to go, and the Falkirk players knew it. If that hadn't gone in, who knows what would have happened. And for the record, it shouldn't have gone in. That goalkeeper is absolutely f*****g shite by the way.

Exactly. A half decent keeper would've saved it no bother.  He got his whole hand and part of his arm to it and yet still let it slip in.

When do you think we will see Liam Smith play at Right bk. He came to Ayr as a right bk and circumstances has meant he’s only played left. Although it has to be said he’s been decent at LB.

When Harvie comes back and McCall decides to drop Geggan.

Which will hopefully be the Morton game.

Not sure why you’re so desperate to drop Geggan for someone who’s managed 2 silly red cards in 3 games.

Because we’ve got the best right back in the league and arguably one of the best left backs and they should both be playing every game they are available.

I think there is an argument to play Geggan right midfield in front of Smith particularly away from home. He could be aggressive without so much running to do although it might be harsh on Crawford or Forrest.

That's fair enough but Geggan being dropped is becoming a bit of an obsession for you.

And despite Harvie being potentially one of the better right-backs in the league he's let us down badly in 2 out of 3 league games. If Geggan and Smith are playing well I wouldn't be rushing him back in.

Shodwall cat, your not McKinnon in disguise  are you? All managers think every goal they lose is avoidable. Very rarely any credit given to the opposition. I’m sure McCall thought both Falkirk goals were simply down to giving the ball away followed by crap defending.  For what it’s worth I thought Shankland hit his shot reasonably well but not as hard as his usual efforts. It was directed a bit too close to the goalie who should probably have done better. Second goal, wee Moffat twice outjumped your defenders and Geggan’s shot was brilliant. Third was a nice flick on by Adams, then I thought your defender did well to get there just before Shankland and was a bit unlucky to blooter it in off the goalie’s napper. Quite funny really, unless your a Falkirk fan, of course. Thought we deserved it in the end.

Andy is a great squad player and apart from the first half when he was mince on Saturday he's been great but he's not a natural right back Smith is and a dam good one, Harvie has been at
stupid no doubt but he has a fantastic final ball and no doubt could be cracking player, Crawford and Forrest aren't wingers and like to come inside with both Smith and Harvie playing they will be able to.
