How do use keep everybody happy? How do use rotate when everyone in your squad is good enough to start?

Whoever puts in Enough work at training etc, and is performing on the park, if your good enough to start and your on the bench then your either not turning up to training or trying hard enough and the player on the park ahead of you is doing everything he should be doing, but end of the day it’s hard to take being on the bench but you should know it’s a team game and your time will come

Always pick the strongest team possible to win the game. Sometimes ur hand is forced with lads not making it etc. If there is an opportunity to get guys a start when playing a so called weaker side then that’s a good chance to change things. But usually these selection things pick themselves. Very rarely are u faced with having to pick from ur full squad week after week.

I think i’ve learned now that you can’t keep everyone happy. All you can do is be honest with all your players. If you’ve more than 16 to choose from its impossible to keep them all happy. The guys not chosen will have reasons why they believe they deserve a jersey. So while you can’t keep them happy you can help them understand. If they don’t have faith in your team selection then perhaps they need to move on.
