HibeeJibee
If the First Round ties went broadly by league position QFs would be:Musselburgh/Hill of Beath v Camelon Penicuik v Bonnyrigg Tranent v Newtongrange/Bo'ness Jeanfield v Broxburn which would be extremely appetising. However many of the surviving smaller teams are going well currently and will be looking to spring a shock. I'm sure those pairings also comes as a huge boon to Tranent + Bo'ness and also Jeanfield + Broxburn, as they haven't really had much opportunity to play each other this season... Blowin In the Wind
Good win for Dunbar yesterday - have some very decent players and well organised. Broxburn could have played all day and not scored - just one of those days a mixture of poor finishing and great goalkeeping. Good luck to Dunbar in the next round. Should be a cracker against Jeanfield.
GordonS
That brings an end to Broxburn's run of 13 wins in a row in all competitions. They hadn't failed to win since losing 2-0 at Jeanfield on 8 December. If they could manage to not win one of their next two games I'd appreciate it...

HibeeJibee
Penicuik 2-4 Bonnyrigg Twice the homesters led but Rose ultimately prevailed. Does it lay down a marker for the title round-robin, or did either make notable adjustments to their strongest XIs? FairWeatherFan
Maybe because the home side is unknown and it might be easier for the club that hosts to sell potential hospitality, tickets etc in 6 days rather than 2.
