How far away the ground is from your local area is not even a rule. So you can mump and moan about it all you like but we’re here we play in the Lowland League and we finished a comfortable 2nd this season. There is no requirement in Club Licencing to have a youth system. If you do have one, then there are additional requirements. I do think there has to be a tightening of the loophole that allows BSC to play in Alloa and Edusport to play in Annan, it's farcical.
