Wee tuppence worth on budgets etc just worth noting that 8 starters for kelty today have been at club and playing together for a good few seasons so know one another inside out , something money can’t buy imo add experience of Mcbride / Dodd and speed and guile of young Mutch was always going to hard for WW today

These guys have stuck it out at Kelty for years and are now reaping the benefits and rightly so , really hope you guys pull it out the bag and stay up all the same though

You would have to ask a current or previous committee member maybe they will explain the ins and outs of where the money has gone and why there was no contingency in place when they seen it was running out.

So you don't know, but you know there was money to run out... if your a fan of Whitehill like my self can you see any difference in any season why there would be a good budget for years then suddenly virally none, has there been anything to your knowledge that has happened off the park that would suggest a major difference in playing budgets, I can't see what happened in the opening lowland league seasons that differs so much now

Yeh but with all due respect.i would imagine sticking it out at Kelty is not the worst place to be sticking it out in football both in terms of sucsess and financial rewards..and fair play s village that gets behind it's team is very commendable...rosewell has never supported Whitehill...

It’s about getting the right management in imo we had hundreds of players in n out before Tam Courts got the gig mate , it was him I believe that started the ball rolling on the park and the committee have always worked tirelessly off it in raising funds

If WW somehow manage to remain in the LL for next season, does anyone think they'll avoid relegation again?

If they get relegated and play the EOS Premier for next season how competitive do you think they'll be?

More chance of staying in lowland league next year than an eos prem

IF they stay in that league then they should avoid relegation, provided the budget isn’t actually tied up with players on deals that run longer than the end of this season. A decent manager at that level of football (and there are rumours it may not be little next year as he may move on) with a budget better than at least a third of the league should be able to avoid relegation and may be able to provide the shoots of recovery that encourage investment etc.

If they go down it becomes very hard to get back up as there will be teams in the premier operating on far bigger budgets with only one or two places for promotion.

Essentially I can see them finishing in a similar place next season regardless of which league they are in.
