Stephen Yaxley-Lennon is seeking asylum in another country due to being convicted under English Law of a crime, you actually couldn't make it up. Real shame for him that he got caught trying to get into the US with someone else's passport. They tend to be a bit strict on that kind of thing, and convictions for fraud and violent offences.

Yes there are other views apart from the one's held by the far left. Sorry, left out the Facist before the Far Left. You clearly don't have a fucking clue what free speech means. The Far Right seem to think that freedom of speech is freedom to say what they want. Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences. It never has. While free speech is something to be cherished and upheld in any civilised democracy, so too is the right of the public to protest, complain and push back against hatred and bigotry. We are all free to say whatever we like, but it doesn’t automatically follow that what we say will be received positively by either the public or our employers, and nor does anybody have an automatic right to be given a ‘platform’ to air their views. It’s also not surprising that the Far Right twist and distort what people like Robinson are being prosecuted for. I saw one moron complaining that people were getting jailed for just “name-calling”. That, in itself, is a complete fabrication – no-one has ever been jailed for name-calling but for a criminal offence. While people come across a lot of material on the internet that offends them, a small proportion of it is actually illegal. Hate material online is recorded by police as a 'hate crime' when a crime defined in law is committed with hate motivation. When online material is hate motivated but does not meet the threshold for a criminal offence it is recorded as a 'hate incident. In many ways the law doesn’t go far enough – it doesn’t deal with the reality that every time Robinson appears and incites others there is an increase in attacks on Blacks, Asians and Muslims. He and his ilk need to be chased back in to the gutter where they crawled out from.

Brother Blades
“Absolute arsehole, shockingly gets punished for being an absolute arsehole” shocker!I’ve a couple of acquaintances that seem to drink in his lies & bigotry. It’s a sad thing that people actually believe his bullshit, but, to be fair to the p***k, he’s successful at what he does - making the non thinking believe him.

ICTChris
I have not seen the video but I understand Yaxley Lennon posted a clip of him tearfully begging for asylum in the USA. He has posted videos where he cries before, as have others on the far right. I recall seeing one of one of the guys arrested at Charlottesville crying in a video after he was charged. The reason they post these videos is that they get spikes in donations following them. It seems that even sympathisers to racist thugs can’t resist a bit of heartstring pulling. I blame the X factor for bringing this into the culture.

DeeTillEhDeh
Mosque and Gurdwara in arson attacks on 5 June 2018 in Leeds - the previous week Robinson's supporters demonstrated in Leeds after he was jailed for breaching a court order by filming outside an abuse trial in the west Yorkshire city. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/leeds-arson-attack-hate-crimes-mosque-muslim-sikh-gurdwara-a8385176.html https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/hundreds-tommy-robinson-supporters-protest-12634244 https://socialistworker.co.uk/art/46695/Arson+attacks+on+mosque+and+gurdwara+in+Leeds+after+Tommy+Robinson+supporters+march Links between the Finsbury Park mosque attacker and Robinson. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/finsbury-park-attack-trial-live-darren-osborne-court-muslims-mosque-van-latest-news-updates-a8173496.html https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-42910051 Robinson is an odious shitebag who stoops at nothing to promote his vile agenda. A young Syrian refugee is suing him because Robinson claimed he attacked young white girls - this was a response to a video of the Syrian boy being attacked in a school ground by another pupil. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leeds-48296968 Many years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Ray Hill who had infiltrated the BNP (Robinson is an ex-member - as are many of his former EDL cadres) - he said that they took delight in taking newspaper clippings of attacks on Muslims and Jews - especially after they had organised in an area. At the same meeting I also heard from one young Asian woman who's family had been subjected to a series of attacks by BNP thugs - so scared that they slept at night with a basin of water beneath their letterbox - a favourite BNP attack was to put lit newspapers through to cause fire and distress. He is yet another in a long line of scumbags who have promoted race hate in this country - Griffin, Tyndall etc etc - utter vermin who should not be given the air-time they have. The only difference is that Robinson pretends he is not a fascist - that needs to be challenged again and again.
