If it was spl game or EPL game champs league it would be replayed no matter the score

UEFA's rules for abandoned matches are that they should restart from the time they were abandoned, with the same score etc.  There have been a couple of abandoned Champions League matches in recent years which have restarted the next morning - Galatasaray v Juventus in the final group game in 2013 being the most notable.

An SPFL match which was abandoned would be replayed in its entirety, but it's also unlikely that this situation with the floodlights would occur in any SPFL ground.

At what point do we consider player safety also?

Asking semi-professional players to play 4games in 7days for me (in particular at this stage of the season) is increasing likelihood of player injuries.

Both teams will end up playing 8 games in 15 days, I'm guessing those in charge of the juniors must think this is acceptable.

Forgetting the shambles of the “abandoned” game we have trailed Kello, Muirkirk and Lugar 1-0 at halftime in all the games. Granted things were much better in the second halves, but with all due respect to the afore mentioned teams, we need huge improvements once the league campaign kicks in and our quality of opposition increases. Hopefully these games are a kick up the backside that the players need as we are not good enough not to play at 100% in every game, not just supposed big games.

Kello deserved to lose like that after all the time wasting and injury faking!

Good entertaining game though!

Curious to hear what your thoughts were on the refs performance lastnight?

Thought he was a bit picky on some things, but, then let other things go on all through the game

As was said earlier, the Rovers game plan nearly worked with defending high and playing offside most of the game.
Quick breakaways to take advantage of Cumnock mistakes which they executed well and their goals were well taken

However, there could have been names taken a lot earlier for the blatant time wasting and niggly stuff going on
One of the Rovers defenders all the way through last weeks game and last nights game was getting right up in folks faces trying to get them to react and just generally being a tit

However, the time wasting tactics came back to haunt them when the ref added on about 6 minutes and the big keeper has to take some of the blame with his clearance over the sidelines to get the ball out the ground, which gave Cumnock a throw in which led to the free kick that the winning goal came from

So to the big fella ......... hell mend you

As a neutral watching the game last night was disappointed Kello didn't get through after a very spirited performance, with only four first team regulars available. It was a magnificent display.

As a Talbot fan - and certainly not forgetting last season - we have nothing at all to fear from Cumnock next week.

At the coin toss the ref pulled the captains together and said "we'll let the wee team call it", tells you his mindset, lol.
