Seaside Sam
Early days however the promoted teams are taking a wee bit of time to come to terms with going up!

Think that's slightly harsh when you look at the fixtures the promoted teams have had, Ourselves(Troon) and Largs have played 3 out the top 4 teams in the league last year, 4/4 this weekend for us based on last year's positions ... Renfrew games have involved playing 2 out the top 4, Cambuslang unlucky not to be on 6pts. I suggest at least 4/6 promoted teams are reasonably pleased with their starts to the campaign. May be a bit harsh but I think the next few games are important for all of them. It is a tough league and There is no doubt that there will be any gimmes for any team. BANKIEBILL
No gimmies at all this season. I think it'll be important to get points on the board as quickly as possible and secure your place in the league - as next season may well be as part of the pyramid.
