For people who drop litter hopefully.

And folk who put their feet on the seats at the back of the bus.

And people who stop in the middle of pavements for no apparent reason.

And couples who ask you to move seats so they can sit together.

And Piers Morgan.

There are a lot of benefits to this.

Seriously, though.  They'll sooner bring back the birch than they will bring back hanging, or introduce lethal injection.

It should apply to folk who:

1. Get printed mini statements from cash machines before AND after they've taken money out.

2. Use the phrases "tax payers money" and/or "I've paid in all my days"

3. Anyone in the UK wearing a MAGA hat.

First to get it would be the morons who queue at the pie stall for ages then seem surprised when they get to the counter and spend ages looking at the "menu" trying to decide what they want.

1 pie, 1 Bovril then GTF ! How hard can that be?

Anybody taking more than 10 seconds to order should be taken to a wee booth nearby and shot in the face.

Debatable.

Quote

acronyms and apostrophes
One unusual modern use of the apostrophe is in plural acronyms, like “ICBM’s” “NGO’s” and “CD’s”. Since this pattern violates the rule that apostrophes are not used before an S indicating a plural, many people object to it. It is also perfectly legitimate to write “CDs,” etc. See also “50’s.” But the use of apostrophes with initialisms like “learn your ABC’s and “mind your P’s and Q’s” is now so universal as to be acceptable in almost any context.

P.S. I see NAZI isn't a true acronym, more an English nickname for the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterparte, NSDAP, so I agree, @Suspect Device should be executed immediately.
