The Mill Inn is very friendly to visiting fans, only a 5minute walk to the ground.

Fine dining, locally produced IPA & a great selection of single malts. Plus the local constabulary will take your photo as you leave, a nice little match day souvenir.

Clyde -

Travel info -  https://www.clydefc.co.uk/match/getting-here/

Pubs - Broadwood Farm is still there and is reasonably priced but it’s still a restaurant and is usually busy. Punters in for only a pint usually get served last. No football or music. Would avoid if you have time. The Smiddy in Eastfield has football and a bit more life to it, a 10-15 walk to the ground but it’s a google maps effort if you’ve never been before. Goes through the scheme and easy to get lost. Last option is Brodens in Condorrat, which would be my shout. Fairly small bar but it has have a lounge as well. Reasonably priced drinks and it has five screens right above the bar with Sky, BT and horse racing all on as well as a big screen at the back and the odd smaller one at the door. The pub is on the Main Street so you have carry out shops, cash machines (there’s none at the ground vicinity although the club does now accept contactless at the turnstiles, in the home stand at least) etc there also.

Forgot to add there is a new retail park being built next to the ground (no pubs sadly). If walking from Brodens go across the bridge and stay on the pavement on the right. Just it all the way past the school til you get to the underpasses and then take a left. When the retail park is built you can just cut across it when you get to the roundabout at the school.

Best away days in the league ?

Going by that description above, it’s not Clyde.

Looking at it objectively, it’s either Falkirk or Rovers. Hope you like a plastic pitch. Plenty of them in this league.

The Smiddy is a great pub, just round the corner from my m7 and we always go there for a few when I'm down visiting.

We play on one so I think we'll be used to it

Not much grass in this league. Never knew Broadwood was an artificial pitch. When did that happen?

Is that just Dumbarton, Stranraer and Peterhead that are grass?

Damn..definitely no pub then or still a possibility yet to be confirmed? Could do with a pub next to the stadium that ain't Broadwood Farm.
