ex-german exile
^^^^ ah, so it's for club membership which presumably gives them voting rights etc.Explains the higher price.Cheers.

Forgot not every club will use a similar structure.
Shanner
some of these are ridiculously cheap and great value. For the cost of the Ladeside one you wouldn't get 3 Celtic or Rangers league games. If people have even a passing interest in their Junior side and can afford it I don't really understand why they don't get one. Give the team money up front and even if you only go to half the games it's not as if you've been fleeced and the money will most certainly be appreciated. Would be really interested to see the numbers of ST sales per club. As a percentage of crowds it's probably fairly low compared to senior football which is something Junior sides could probably be working harder on. cmontheloknow
Pollok membership number has always in my experience been in 3 figures but it was limited to 200 members. The season ticket and membership were merged to increase uptake of the latter, afaik.

The Ilford Drummer
Quite a few clubs, even successful ones struggling to get support.Hopefully discounted season tickets will be popular but so much apathy around the juniors at the moment.
peasy23
Bankies are £80 with concessions at £40.Same for Petershill, but now only valid for the 15 home league matches. Sectional ties used to be included but obviously had to be dropped as the gates are now split.

Cheers. Pollok doesn't do season tickets (the idea has been discussed at some length but not adopted). Membership at the prices quoted DOES include a premium and confer the right to attend and vote at the AGM, join the committee etc. It also gives entry to 15 home league games and home friendly matches. Historically it also entitled entry to home games in the group stage of the Sectional League Cup but, as gate takings now have to be shared, that idea may have to be revisited. Don’t know what it’s like at other clubs but at Kilbirnie if you want to join the committee you make yourself known at the agm & if the club deems you suitable your in Not knocking Pollok here but personally don’t see any other benefits other than the sectional which as you now say will need to be changed due to shared gates
