What do you mean? Every economically active person in the country gets a annual statement from HMRC. Use that.

How ? Do you think income and tax details are handed out to any authority on demand. You are talking horse shit here about something you clearly have zero knowledge of. Universities or whatever agency that would need to be set up to administer the means testing of (for example) uni fees would not have access to every member of the publics revenue and tax details. It's the very reason why means testing is so expensive. You are passing off your view / opinion as fact although not for the first time. Stick to hi the tin foil hat stuff !

You're right there is no way the SNP could organise this. It's the equivalent of putting a colony on Mars or cracking down on AirBnB. They will just need to keep bribing middle class voters until the end of time.

They should get back to making sure that primary school teachers have access to their pupils' parents criminal and medical records.

Kier Starmer giving a speech. It's not great as he is a bad public speaker. He mentioned Gordon Brown doing something on devolution and Lord Blunkett too.

Watching it on Sky.

I trust nobody with any wet paint is missing the wonderful opportunity to experience its glorious drying by instead watching Starmer's meaningless verbiage and gobbledygook.

He says he is offering change, yet his signal policy is merely to comply with the NIP as written which is a continuation of Tory policy.

Make Brexit twerk.

In fairness he is being consistent.  It just beggars belief that he seems to ignore all the polls that show Labour voters think Brecht isn’t working.

Change for Labour is maintaining the status quo until the Tories come back into power

So there you have it Scottish Labour die-hards. It's now acceptable for Labour to suspend cllrs if they refuse to do deals with the Tories instead of the SNP.

Bizzare to be proud of working with one of the most corrupt parties this country has ever seen.

She could just have finished with "...Labour's determination to do nothing". There was no need to add on the last 3 words

I wonder if Keith thinks the current Labour lead is mainly down to his say nothing/do nothing approach or to the monumental fuckwittery of the Tories.
