Sounds like a bit of a poisoned chalice to me.Very insightful however very untrue, For an ambitious manager I would say it’s one of the most appealing junior jobs out there at the moment. It’s going to take a certain type of manager and so far it’s not been the level of progression anticipated from previous managers.The criticism of Darvel is laughable, Here’s a team who have battled hard through last few seasons building on success and taking a huge strides on and off the park.The hard work is plain to see, This season hasn’t gone the way they would have liked but be under no illusion they will be in the top league sooner rather than later.Never let the dinosaurs of Ayrshire junior football get you down.Good luck for the rest of the season 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
