Toronto suprisingly scud Ottawa & no longer have the worst record in CFL. Winnipeg with a comfortable win in the Banjo Bowl with backup QB Chris Streveler impressing & being a great watch due to his strong running game. Calgary with the bragging rights in Alberta. This weeks viewing: Ottawa @ British Colombia (Sat 1am)Hamilton @ Calgary (Sat 9pm)Montreal @ Saskatchewan (Sat midnight)

GNU_Linux
Week 15 Calgary 23-16 Toronto Hamilton 30-27 Edmonton Winnipeg 37-38 Montreal British Colombia 40-7 Ottawa Some comeback from Montreal as they were down by 20 at the end of the 3rd and proceeded to score 21 unanswered points in the 4th not taking the lead until the last 10 seconds of the game. Vernon Adams has improved week on week & looks a qb Montreal can build on for the future as winning the Grey Cup may be a step too far this season for them. Not bad going considering Adams started season as backup to Antonio Pipkin (both part of Montreals qb shuffle thats been going on since 2013). Ottawa are rank rotten currently & could be in danger of getting surpassed by the Toronto Argos. With how results went Winnipeg & Calgary have secured play-off berths in the west with Hamilton securing their spot in the east
Torpar
Not CFL but still related to the 12 man version of the game so thought I would share, the high school across the park from where I live, Etobicoke CI, have over the summer been replacing their old Sunday league standard grass field with a beautiful AstroTurf field, the picture doesn't do it justice. A little bit of movie trivia for you too, this is the school where much of the film Mean Girls was filmed .
GNU_Linux
Week 16 Hamilton 33-13 WinnipegEdmonton 21-16 OttawaSaskatchewan 41-16 TorontoMontreal 23-25 British Colombia Hamilton win with ease in Manitoba in a battle of division leaders. British Colombia continue their late season surge with a narrow win. Ottawa are shite & Toronto return to getting humped. In the west bSaskatchewan secure their playoff berth taking the secured playoff spots to 4. Montreal should have no issue securing their spot given how bad Toronto & Ottawa are out west. With how shite the two are the final playoff will most likely go to the 4th ranked team in the west via the crossover rule (explained earlier in thread). Edmonton are currently 7-7 with BC on 4-10 but BC have won a few on the bounce & play the Argos next so if they can continue doing as they've done they could secure the crossover spot. Edmonton play BC week 18.
GNU_Linux
Week 17 Edmonton 12-42 HamiltonCalgary 17-21 MontrealWinnipeg 6-21 SakatchewanToronto 8-55 British Colombia BC with an emphatic win takes them to two games behind Edmonton for the crossover slot. Both play each other Saturday in a make or break game for BC. Strong showing by Hamilton as well who should clinch the eastern conference with ease all while using backup QB Dane Evans (Tulsa Hurricanes) since week 7. Toronto in reaction to their dismal season & scuddings have emptied general manager Jim Popp. The Argos have also traded QB Zach Collaros to Winnipeg for an exchange of 2020 draft picks. Collaros had joined while on IR from Saskatchewan in July but never saw any playtime for the Argos. Winnipeg have opted for the trade as they are minus starting QB Matt Nichols for the season & backup Chris Strevler has lost 4 of the last 5. Battle of the two bottom feeders in the league sees Toronto win & go equal with Ottawa. Montreal losing secures Hamilton the east. Within the last few minutes Saskatchewan had 2 different drives get into the red zone but Winnipeg's D held strong on both drives which saw a turnover of downs as Saskatchewan went for it on 3rd down to tie the game.
