Good luck big man try get along to a game this season emoji106.png

Everyone around the club will be hoping the local community gets behind

and supports those people currently putting in long hours to improve

the Fullarton Park ground - plus the new manager and his players.:)

All at Vale Of Clyde are very saddened by the passing of our former manager Dennis Curran

Hearing funeral will be at Daldowie Crematorium on Wednesday, 11th

July at 12.45pm.  Would anticipate many ex-players who played for Mr

Curran, plus coaches and committee members from the junior clubs

he was involved with will pay their respects.

Training continues tomorrow for the vale and we hope to have a few more signings on board

Another great turn out with 20 boys going through another tough shift

The current weather conditions cant be making it pleasant for

managers, coaches and players to work in - no matter their

level in football - and especially if they are part-time.

SIGNING NEWS

Few more players put pen to paper last night for season 18-19. Will confirm all names as soon as they have been processed with the sjfa

Another very warm night ( Monday) for the latest Vale session. Great turn-out

yet again, and good to watch a young Greenock Morton signing in working

with the older goalkeepers - not only attached to the Tin Pail - but also

amateur football and Under-19s.  Did not look out of place.

Attendances by all accounts at every training session have been very good.

Clearly a reflection on the way new manager Mark MacKay has gone about

his business from day one.
