If there are any P&Bers who are liking the sound of matched betting but, understandably, don't want to shell out £15 a month for it, there are plenty of websites or blogs like this one that aren't asking for your money: https://matchedbettingblog.com

It's a simple case of 'you get what you pay for'.

If you're using a free matched betting site, you're not going to get the most out of matched betting and the offers. For example, an odds matcher is a key tool in completing bookmaker offers. Yes, you can search for close matches yourself but this can take a lot of time and you're not going to find a better match than an odds matcher tool will. The free odds matcher tool mentioned gives odds for just 2 bookmakers, Ladbrokes & Coral compared to the 50 or so in our odds matcher. Once you have completed those two offers, what's the next step?  Either finding matches manually or signing up to a premium service.

You also won't find additional tools on free sites.  Acca Insurance offers are extremely profitable which is why we developed 'AccaBackers'. You can compile your own ACCAs for specific bookmaker offers or let the tool find the best value ACCAs across multiple leagues and show you what lay stakes to use on each leg to return the maximum profit. Other tools such as our Horse Racing Matcher and Each Way Dutcher also won't be found on free sites.

The number of profitable offers on free sites are nowhere near what you'll find on a premium service.  More offers = more profit.

On top of this, you get support 7 days a week via email, forum, Discord and live chat for account queries.

If you want to make the most out of matched betting then paying fora premium service is a no-brainer. Is £15/m really that much when you can make £500+ a month? Some matched bettors make £1k/m regularly but even if you spent a few minutes on a weekend doing bet clubs and 'Bet & Get' offers and make £200, it's money in your pocket you wouldn't have without the use of  the tools and information found on a premium service.

Some sites do £1 trials for 5 days.

I learned everything on Profitaccumulator about 3 years ago, but ended up using Oddsmonkey due to their better software.  I've often used their £1 trials just to have both for a bit.  I've never felt the need to use two though

Yes,  the £1 trials are good for people to give the service a try to see what they think of it. We offer all members 14 days which should give them enough time to get their heads around matched betting and try a few offers and see that they can make a  good profit. A complete beginner should be able to cover a years membership during the 14-day trial.

MatchedBets.com and ProfitSquad.co.uk joined forces a few months ago and as a result, we've seen improvements across both services. We gave members access to both sites so that they can take advantage of what both services offer. ProfitSquad are very experienced in casino offers and advanced casino strategies which is something that a lot of other matched betting sites lack in. MatchedBets have a range of great tools and focus more on sports offers. We'll be launching a new version of ProfitSquad, hopefully at the end of this week, which will see an improved members area and access to new tools. Existing members of both sites and members who register before the relaunch date, will get access to both sites and will continue to do so for as long as they are a member. Anyone signing up after the relaunch will get access to the site they register with.

You'll get along just fine using one site, but some members have found it beneficial to make use of both.

£92+ of profit to be made from today's offers on the calendar.

Heads up for anyone with a Bet365 account to check your emails or log in to see if you qualify for the 'Bet £50, Get £50' for the final tomorrow. £35 profit to be made by matched betting it.

We've added a few new customer offers recently which many will probably not have accounts with. One being Vbet who offer new customers a £75 free bet when placing a £75 bet on multiples. Around £50 profit to be made from that one.

The new Profit Squad is due to launch on Monday and so this weekend is the last chance to get access to both MatchedBets & ProfitSquad. Sign up for £1 today and get access to both sites for as long as you're a member.

There's a lot more provided by subscription-based matched betting sites than any of the free tools you'll find online. As mentioned previously, you get what you pay for.
