accies1874
Really enjoyed watching Leeds, but this'll no doubt be another false dawn for them.
Ludo*1
Anywhere I can catch Bielsa's post-match interview? It's apparently car crash stuff, but it's the first interview he's been willing to do in 20 year and he insisted on speaking in English. Note: He can't speak English.

It was genuine 'please make it stop' stuff but still a higher standard than Chic Young and most ex-players BBC 'Scotland' come up with though.

AyrTroopMajor
Despite the weird comments on here, that was an excellent start to Jack Ross' reign as Sunderland manager on Saturday. To beat a team that will probably be fellow promotion hopefuls in front of over 31,000 fans with a last minute winner, despite being without their star midfielder (McGeouch) and their main striker (Charlie Wyke), is hardly an indication of it being a 'hard season ahead'. Tbf they struggled badly and their defence was a complete farce in the first half.
Richey Edwards
I genuinely forgot Alan Hutton existed. He seems to have made a reasonable career for himself out of a four-month spell of looking really good.

MEADOWXI
Going to be another long season watching Villa I reckoned after 7mins after going behind I was expecting the worst. Played well to get right back in it, thought Mohamady played well all game and it not often in a pub that some shouts 'get in ther Hutton' as he slipped in a well taken goal. After the financial goings on of the last couple of months it was brilliant start to the football.

That was during the aforementioned four month spell. My memory of that game is quite hazy though because I had been drinking Super Lager.
Honest_Man#1
One of Scotland’s best and most consistent performers of recent times, and would likely be our starting right back if he hadn’t retired.
Bishop Briggs
Spurs are £7m short of Villa's valuation of Jack Grealish - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45091192. But Villa are now in negotiations to sign John McGinn - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45095195. Good moves for both of them.
J_Stewart
Boro have played fairly well tonight, looks like Braithwaite is going to be a really important player this season. In saying that, Sheffield United look absolutely bogging. More than likely relegation fodder on this performance.
NorthernLights
Forest nearly scored an incredible goal from their own half. The WBA keeper got fingertips to it to tip the ball wide of the post
CaspianChris
WBA should have been level, hitting the post a minute ago. Don't think they would have deserved it though.
CaspianChris
Good finish from Phillips for WBA, not convinced they deserve anything from this. I thought that Forest had looked the better side, they have only themselves to blame for not getting the game wrapped up though.
The Master
Some end to this game. West Brom score then hit the bar twice in as many seconds. Now Forest have a chance cleared off the line.
