Cambuslang Rangers 2018-19

Recommended Posts

Beith 2-1 Cambuslang Rangers

Camby put in a good performance and fought till the end.

Beith, I think will admit, knew they were in a game.

Camby opened the scoring through Gemmell after only 4 mins when he toe poked the ball through keepers legs.

Home side hit back with excellent free kick after 17mins.

Last season's champions clinched all 3 points when Lang failed to clear the danger a number of times.

Happy with what we showed tonight. Just need to take it on the chin and learn. Take her chances is the only message to be said but well done guys and long may this roller coaster go on.

On Sunday 12th August 2018, Mr David Kerr informed the Committee of Cambuslang Rangers Football Club of his decision to vacate the post of Chairman of the Club. Having continually endeavoured to juggle work commitments alongside Club demands, this has proven increasingly impossible for him and so this forms a huge part of his decision to resign. As you would expect, David intimated to the Committee that this is a decision that he did not take lightly.

The Club would like to place on record its heartfelt thanks to David for all his efforts during this time at Chairman.

The Committee has decided to move quickly and bring this to the attention of our playing staff, management, members and fans, not only to keep everyone up to date, but to assure them that the Committee will now act accordingly to appoint a successor to Mr Kerr.

We would like to thank everyone for their patience and continued support at this time and we offer our assurance, again, that the Club will continue to go from strength to strength. Additionally, we assure you that the Club Constitution will be adhered to promptly in appointing a new Chairman. Finally, the Club pledges to you open communication throughout this change which we will undertake quickly. Hence, updates will appear on this page as they become known.
