Very good appointment for saint cuthberts with jek kiltie on board as coach

Certainly did a good job at N/S! Took them down the league and recruited their best players to Saints.

Sorry. Probably just a coincidence!!!

Heard Stranraer reserves have kept vast majority of their squad and have signed ex-pro Allan Jenkins and Dean Agnew from  Hurlford in the junior league and the best of the 17’s, rest went elsewhere.

Deano has signed , heard last nite jenky having another year in juniors maybe

With the season apon us what’s everyone’s thoughts ?? Who is bottom and who is top

Mids, Threave will be right at the top again and i fancy Bonnyton to build on their first season in the South and compete with them both. Lochar and Abbey Vale will do well to match the league finishes of last season. Saints should have a better season this time around after a poor start last year.

YM, Creetown and the young Annan side will battle it out to see who avoids bottom spot. Everyone else in between.

All the best to all the sides involved, let’s hope it’s another close title challenge.

mids drew last night with a strong QOS team and were impressive, would expect them to be challenging again this year. Threave will grind results out but if no soltys wont score as many. Dont know what the likes of heston and abbey vale will be like, watched one heston game this pre season and they werent that great. Annan, the Y and Creetown fighting it out in the bottom

I would have been a bit disappointed as a threave player to do all pre-season then be left out  but goals count. Took in mids lochar today both teams missing players wind spoiled game lochar better team  missed a few chances.
