Just In from work and turned on the Inter game. The analyser is going on about free transfers and Aaron Ramsey’s high wage and thinks he’s worth 50-60 million....

He’s a decent player but ffs.

Ramsay's agent has done a brilliant job for his client. £400k a week basic is an incredible deal!

Chelsea - Kiev
Frankfurt - Inter
Zagreb - Benfica
Napoli - Salzburg
Valencia - Krasnodar
Sevilla - Sparta Prague
Arsenal - Rennes
Zenit - Villarreal

The Napoli and Inter games look tasty.
Its Slavia Prague playing Sevilla not Sparta Prague

Arsenal's games have been changed to the away leg first as Chelsea have also been drawn at home and apparently you can't have two sides from the same city playing at home on the same night. The decision has been made less than 24 hours after Arsenal and Chelsea both played at home in the same city on the same night.  Another UEFA masterstroke.

Zenit fans giving a guard of honour to their side before the Fenerbache game:

With Fire

I read a piece about this yesterday that said it was Spartak fans that had flown to St Petersburg to greet the team. They also met them at the hotel with a banner in English saying 'Win or Die' or words to that effect.

Fully expect the scousers to try and copy it or the green bigots to do it and claim they did it first.

Bad result for arsenal, go take something special to overturn that. 0-0 has the potential to be a good result for inter but feel they will have to score first in the san siro, from the bits i seen frankfurt look like a decent side and more than capable of scoring away. If they do, inter could end up buckling.

Why is there such a low crowd for the napoli game? Anyone know?

Think it always looks empty at Napoli games because no one sits in the seats nearest the pitch.
