GNU_Linux
Remarkable season for Crossgates qualifying to the new Premier Division and now reaching a cup semi-final. When did they last reach a cup final or indeed semi-final? Underdog, but hot form. Last final was a 94-95 Kingdom cup loss to Newburgh. Last semis were Fife Cup in 01-02 (made semis the season before also) & Cowdenbeath Cup in the same season. https://www.crossgatesprimrosejfc.com/about-us/club-history/

As for me I’ll be behind the goals.

HibeeJibee
Confirmed here that it's Newtongrange if Tranent v Linlithgow, and at Linlithgow if Tranent v Bonnyrigg (which would be an odd one geography-wise):

It's probably to give a final at linlithgow because they would want to use their best venues for the final

Belter1
Got told there was no prize money for the cups. Did Bonnyrigg get prize money for winning the league?
HibeeJibee
Definitely isn't prizemoney in this cup. Previously there was prizemoney for top 4 in the league... with the conference setup apparently only the 3 conference winners get something, as paying the top 4 in each conference would mean trifling amounts. Most money goes on paying for club insurance and balls, subsidising defibrillators, funding ground grants, first aid/coaching courses etc.
