Bo'ness United 2018/19

Your correct of course Boness should be deducted 2 points from the cup competition but reinstated. FFS

FFS, Hearts were deducted two points not the three they won you dick, so they never even totally forfeited the game the used the ineligible player in! Which then meant conveniently that they went through on goal difference!

That performance today gave me great pleasure the way played football created numerous chances  to come back 3 times with 9 men  takes guts and determination which we have in our team MOTM every Bo’ness player that played there part today

On a cold chilly day you want something to get the blood pumping and the BU's did not disappoint. All the boys gave 100% and even though there was an early red card for Campbell the BU's looked the better quality side for most of the game.

Referee and his assistants were really poor. Dundonald goalie fouls Boness player. Penalty and no yellow card. Boness defender Snowdon fouls Dundonald player and it's a penalty and a red card. That level of inconsistency drives fans mad.

Snowdon shown a red . Very harsh penalty award. Marshall brilliant save. Still 2-2

DD The ref didn’t know if it was pen and the linesman was way behind  the play and there was no way he he seen it right  total guess

Total guess sums up most of the refs calls today. How their keeper remained on the park was baffling. Hauled down big Alan's and then steps way out his box holding the ball.

It’s not a red  a new rule change should’ve been a yellow

Defiant, fighting display and well worth at least a draw. To finish the game with only 9 players ( including only 1 natural defender in Syme) was a great achievement and we probably deserved to win  - reaction at end both on and off the park was tremendous

If there were any doubts before the game on how the players would react, they dispelled them in spades.  To go down three times away and come back each time, especially with the added handicaps suffered throughout the game, shows once again that this team does not know when it is beaten.

Had this been an 11 v 11 match Bo'ness would have won, I am certain.

Marty Wright was obviously MOTM for a superb hat-trick but every player put in a great shift.

What defence we are going to field next week is anyone's guess, with Campbell, MacDonald & Snowdon all suspended and Hunter injured.  No point bringing in anyone new as they will probably have a suspension hanging over them.
