Cont'd from above.
NPA objective is to create a facility that is for the whole community. The 3G would allow various Bo'ness teams to play there including BUCFC . There is an understanding that BUFC would be given priority for their matches.
So NPA are doing the work, BUFC get first dibs on Match days and BUCFC will also be using the facility.
Hope that makes the dynamics clear.

Thanks for that, had the rough jist of it but you've filled in the blanks.

As for the 3G, is that now definitely been delayed? and because of that delay the costs will rise?

How much funding have they got ?
Sheep there was a lengthy post that had all the figures which I responded to and then the poster deleted it. The suggestion was that NPA had the original funding but the price for the delayed work leaves them 50K short.

Indication from deleted post was that work starts in April 2019if they get the extra 50K required.

Never going to happen. I heard the rough ground which was previously the shirt factory is NOT owned by the council. The council do own the grass area to the North of it but you need both areas.
Using both areas you could get the current size of pitch in but the areas behind the goals would be much shorter.

Ample size piece of land IMO. Linlithgow have short, shallow behind-goal areas for example. Just wish we had the £ to take the council out of the equation. Bunch of inept money squandering morons.

It is a members only AGM so a forum such as this is not the place to publish any figures from such a meeting. If people want to see the balance sheet then let them go to Company's House and find out from themselves.
