Semi tonight, final on Wednesday and then another final for Friday ...it's asking a lot for teams like Beith after a long season As far as the West final on Wednesday is concerned - tonight was Beith's 41st game of the season and Hurlford's 44th and they both played on Saturday, so while it's not ideal it's the same for both teams. Talbot 78 Posted June 11, 2018 Share Posted June 11, 2018 After the high of winning the top cup a Very lame limp to the end of the season for a tired looking Talbot team. Somewhat stifled by an awkward Hurlford team who had more purpose about them. I honestly think the Scottish Cup final win took all the winning out of the lads lol. Only talking point of the game imo. Jamie Glasgow got in a flair up with some ford players. Surrounded by about 6 opposing players. Only Shankland got in amongst them to defend Glasgow. The rest of the Talbot team looking on. (*Worrying) Never seen that from a Talbot team im a very long time. Enjoy the rest Talbot players. Come back fitter hungrier and achieve what we missed out this season.
