port-ton Posted July 29, 2018 Share Posted July 29, 2018 I watched the highlights and before it was mentioned on the thread the thing I noticed most about Ayr was how many forward passes their midfielders were making, when usually a staple of players at this level is to look tidy on the ball and pass it out to a fullback or 5 yards sideways and play safe football so it looks as if you're doing your job when all you're really doing is passing the buck to a teammate.
