Well done Largs now come on arthurlie

I really hope you aren't pinning your hopes on Arthurlie mate.  You will have to look really hard to find anyone who thinks Arthurlie will beat Medda.  Absolutely no quality and very little fight.

Readd somewhere that playoffs are Wed and Sat of next week Arthurlie v Irvine Meadow and Girvan v Troon local derby.
Can anyone confirm fixtures?

We’d been told it would be Wednesday and Friday of next week, but Girvan v Talbot was announced the following day for Wednesday, so that rules that out.

Would be nice to know, though - season defining matches & we’re still all in the dark!

Yes it was an enjoyable day (other than the result),Largs deserved the win but it was pointed out our keeper had very few if any saves to make,Largs only hit the post/bar 4-5 times lol but we also missed some clear cut chances, anyway as you say good game and crowd which if this had been played mid-week I suspect numbers would have been well down on yesterday. Here's hoping we can get half amount on Wednesday in our Semi-Final v Blantyre.

Great free kick at the end from Cumbernauld which brought out a fantastic save from the Largs keeper.

Nauld could well have scored after seven minutes too. Blair parried their free kick and frankly, United should have put home the follow up.  Would have been some following eighty minutes had they done so!

There were two great chances that came from Chrissie Lennons free kicks one after another which should have been put away, the first was put over the bar from inside the 6 yard box and the other with the goal gaping the player headed the ball straight to the keeper. The 3rd of Chrissie’s great free kicks as you rightly said was saved again by the keeper, it just wasn’t to be for us. Although Largs hit the bar and post twice our keeper didn’t have a save to make. It wasn’t our day, but well done to Largs, their fans certainly enjoyed their trip through to Cumbernauld
