Buchanan has spent a few years in League One in Scotland where he racked up a lot of his goals. Loy and Stewart was a fairer comparison as they have had fairly similar careers. D'Jaffo
Would still be interesting to see.If I’ve got this right then Rory Loy Total games - 259Total goals - 65Goals per game - 0.25 Liam Buchanan Total games - 531Total goals - 199Goals per game - 0.37However Buchanan has been playing at a lower level from a younger age than Loy so will obviously have better goal scoring stats. My money would be on Loy to finish on top goalscorer come the end of the season. Oh and to even put Andy Jackson in the same bracket as either of those is laughable. He’s a decent striker at this level and that’s all. His best ever season for Brechin was in 2016-17 where he scored 16 goals in all comps so he’s hardly prolific. I thought maybe Sandy McLaughlin for the keeper but I think that occasion was our first league game v Clydebank in 71-72 when he was the keeper (2-3)

Pot Watson in the tracksuit and Joey Donnelly beside him in the suit. Next question: what did Joe Donnelly do which (as far as I know) no other player in the history of the Sons has done?
