Widge
Hamilton board obviously saw Dundee improving and St Mirren bringing in semi-decent players and thought they were down with Canning in charge (still might be tbh). With Motherwell pulling away it’s a 3 horse race for the drop. Could have waited until we play you next week though! Now where’s my CV I’ve already been asked to apply by someone on here.

jacobsladder
If Imrie gets the job then that proves the board are total arse holes - we need a proven manager with experience of clubs who have small budgets

Busta Nut
Is the "Craigen" that's been mentioned twice Stephen Craigan? Or that diddy James Craigen formerly of Thistle? Jan Vojáček
You know what's always funny? People suggesting potentially terrible appointments. Fortunately I am above this. Spoiler Loves blaming the budget for his own failings Loves blaming being the underdog for his own failings Will wave at fans Described by one of his most loyal DFC supporters a week before his sacking as "One of the most highly rated young managers in Scottish football" Available right now, for free What's not to like?
Spikethedee
Neil McCann has a proven record of keeping teams (well, one team) up when all is going poorly.... It's the only appointment that makes sense.

accies1874
Really surprised. Also surprising that Imrie hasn't taken charge, as I thought Boozy would go with Canning.
accies1874
It's worth remembering that the last time Jason Scotland left in January, he re-signed a couple of weeks later. Ergo, Scotland for manager.
