Bing.McCrosby
He came off the bench so he's clearly fit. Thats a pretty brutal kick in the teeth for him. Clearly arteta just doesn't think he's a good fit for the system.
Jambomo
I think it just makes it pretty obvious he’s already away.

Theroadlesstravelled
Saka, Jesus, Gabriel, White, Ramsdale have all been dropping stinkers for weeks. Arteta- Tierney, you're out. -
Tartan Dave
Face hasn’t fit this season. Needs to get out. Sadly it seems it will be to the sportswashing regime.
Satoshi
Arsenal looked rotten without him. Terrible choice by Arteta. I'm sure he will secure an excellent move, much to the chagrin of the haters above. Also not surprised at all that Tierney only coming on as a sub generated far more posts than Hickeys excellent performance and assist for Brentford. The obsession with negativity absolutely stinks with certain posters. Edited May 21, 2023 by Satoshi

I'm hoping eventually things will eventually get better and the insidious negative culture on this sub forum is fixed. Got to keep calling it out. The fact the national team is actually doing incredibly well now hasn't stopped it. It's truly bizarre. I think some of the individuals involved are obsessively negative in all areas of their life, can't fix those people unfortunately. -
Barry Ferguson's Hat
I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explanation as to why some lad I've never even heard of is currently playing left back for The Gunners. Satoshi
You're not very knowledgeable about football? It's that players 5th consecutive appearance. 27 pl appearances for Tierney and 36 total this season. A middling club season but excellent international season, sure he's looking forward to a move this summer. Absolutely riddy from Bing saying he was "well out the first team picture". There were actually only 11 outfield players with more minutes this season than Tierney.

Tierney just launches it doon the park. Disappointing. -
Donathan
Disappointing that Arteta wouldn’t even give the guy one last start in a meaningless game. Personally I’d like to see him go abroad but it really sounds like Newcastle is on the cards.

Think that would also be a good move for him. Edited May 29, 2023 by dundeefc1783
Chewing Taffies
It's been a shocker of a season for Kieran. 6 league starts out of 38. 3 other players have started left back before him (2 are not even left backs). It's very obvious that Arteta just doesn't trust him. He really needs a move now. Villa or Newcastle would both be good moves for him.
eez-eh
777 minutes of league football for him - the equivalent of 8.5 games. ”Middling” indeed.

Its not even as good as that, im sure what im about to say isn't what you were meaning. But those minutes don't even equate to 8.5 games in terms of getting gaining and maintaining form and confidence. In comparison to playing 90 mins of football would do. Hes done remarkably well for us considering that. But we want and need him at his best. Hopefully he's out of there in the summer. Arteta has made an arse of him, and he's also made an arse of himself blowing the league.
Satoshi
No surprise at all to see the usual suspects coming on to stick a boot into Tierney. Just the 27 league appearances and 36 total appearances this season. Of all arsenal's outfield players he was 12th for total minutes. And the thing that really sticks in the craw of the haters? His magnificat Scotland performance Vs Spain, probably his best ever for the national team. And to think these same posters had been attacking him all year, must have hurt like hell. He will get an excellent move and deserves it, but will be missed at Arsenal where he is named as the best trainer and it seems universally respected throughout the club. God knows why the fake Scotland fans hate him so much, haven't ever heard anyone in football say a bad word about Tierney, seems a model pro liked by all. -
Theroadlesstravelled
60 minutes more over the season than Rob Holding. Is that something you want to highlight? -
Satoshi
Im happy to highlight the facts whatever they show. I wouldn't make up that he is third choice left back in total contradiction to the available evidence. I'll leave that to the self hating Scots.
