Kuro
You just need to look at his record. He's been fit and available for over 90% of Celtics games since breaking into the team, yet 'injured' or needing 'rest' for over 60% of Scotland's. At it from day one.
Guest DAVIDB69
One of the first things a new manager should do is find out his commitment to Scotland .If he wants to pick and choose his games get rid of him .Strachan admitted he allowed players to pick and choose their games

Highlandmagyar 2nd Tier
I am not doubting his ability, but his attitude is of a wee Celtic ned who is thick as mince.

This is completely true, he's already been at Celtic two years too long. They will be filling his head with white about being the ten in a row captain, he'll stay another two years and never become the player he could be. He is good enough to have been first choice for Man Utd for two years now, and has the potential to be better than Robertson. 100% Celtic have been telling him since day one to pull out of Scotland squad too.

Absolutely this. And apparently when asked why he wanted to play for Celtic he replied'I just want to play for my local club' In Motherwell?. Thick wee gobshite ned arsehole. MarkoRaj
Not playing today. Clearly faking injury as part of the conspiracy to avoid playing for Scotland in June

Enigma
The best think Tierney could have done for his development was leave Celtic for a top club as soon as he had the chance. I suspect now he’ll have two seasons at somewhere like Everton then be back to Celtic claiming he was homesick.

King Kebab
A Gary Naysmith type career awaits.Unfair comparison, Naysmith crawled over coals to play LB for Scotland, not something you could ever accuse Tierney of doing!!!

Far too good for Scottish football, been regressing for at least a year as he's in a comfort zone. Turns 22 in a couple of months and will stay two more years, meaning he'll be 24 when he makes his debut at a decent level. Wasted so much time cause he's a daft wee boy. Ross.
Must have missed around 20 odd games this season for Celtic, through various injuries. Clearly not committed to them either, and should be left to rot in the reserves.

If the club and player decide to take a chance for the cup final then that is their prerogative. They pay his wages. But you surely can't expect them to take a chance on his fitness for an international? Edited April 23, 2019 by Jeremiah_Cole
